B & B Home Improvements provides residential carpentry services for small projects, repairs and architectural trim. Our services range from rough carpentry to finish carpentry. Our specialty is fine wood trim including crown molding, base trim, shadow boxes, wainscoting, wall paneling, judge panels, pedestals, columns, pillars, mantels, tray ceilings, coffered ceilings, false beams, faux beams, siding, cornice boards, fascia and decorative door and window trim.

Structural

B & B Specializes in structural repairs. Whether your floor is like a trampoline or you would like to rearrange your homes choppy floor plan. B & B has the experience to know what walls are load bearing and how to support the point loads above all the way down to the footings. We can also help with your termite/rotten floor joists. We can pour footings under your home & jack it up if it has sagging areas. Often we find that water or termites have damaged the integrity of the structure – we can rebuild it.

We have completed lots of structural projects in the crawl spaces of older homes. Sometimes, these issues are not discovered until a buyer's inspector examines the home in a selling situation – we can help you with the entire inspector's closing list.
